The appointment was on time and everyone was very pleasant.

Massage therapist was excellent

Susan always does an excellent job and gives good recommendations for products, etc. I wish she worked there full time so I could come on days other than Sundays, but I am willing to make the Sunday trip for Susan. I like these surveys as well since they provide a bit of savings every now and then.

Anna was extremely qualified, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. She treated me with respect, and dignity. I believe that the most important is first impressions and she did exceptionally well. I felt that the office staff were very warm and engaging. I waited a little but it was explained that some malfunction occurred with the steam machine. It was worth the wait and all staff was cordial and responsive. I was willing to purchase a product but it was out of stock. I am pleased with Hand and Stone, my first visit, and I was a former member of Massage Luxe in LWR, and Massage Envy for over 10 years. I was impressed with your facility.

The massage therapist who worked with me was attentive and took her time on each area of my body. She also took into consideration that I am pregnant and did her best to make me comfortable throughout our session. Overall I found the experience very relaxing, which is what I was looking for.
