Staff were friendly. Liz did my massage. She was incredibly knowledgeable. She knew exactly which areas needed attention and how to address my needs. At the end she gave me a treatment plan to explain what areas she worked on and what products would work best for me.

Joan was very knowledgeable and was able to relieve my lower back pain.
