I was most impressed with the front receptionist. She was very friendly, extemely knowledable and helpful in learning about the Spa. Upon walking in the door there was soothing soft music playing and a relaxing, calming smell. I have been to many many many spas throughout the world. Recently using the Spa Oceana in the Don Cesar hotel in Saint Petersburg. I am thrilled to find a local spa that I really like and will use monthly. Your members package is a bonus for sure. My massage therapist Ramona was excellent and will book with her in the future!

Ramona is so kind and really allows me to relax during the appt but staying quiet and engaging if needed. She always thanks me afterwards and said “it was a pleasure to serve you” which always makes me feel like she’s there for me and specifically wants me to have a great experience!!! I love the way the girls at the front know me and have me checked in even before I walk through the door bc they know my Jeep!! They’re the sweetest!
