Appointment was on time. Therapist used a very firm pressure like I like and focused on the areas I mentioned. Staff was friendly as always.

Being a member, I try to make my appointments before I leave Hand and Stone. The reception people are very accommodating and work with me to find a time that works. Tarah has been my esthetician for quite a while and she is fantastic! I really enjoy working with her. She knows my skin and will recommend treatments for either post travel shortcuts that need correcting or current conditions to keep my skin at it's best. Tarah is also a really nice person.
