The staff is very friendly and make you feel like they care about you and that you aren't just another person. Always feel like I am treated like a special friend. My therapist Katelyn is wonderful and very friendly... I have recommended several people to go and some have signed up. Thank you for caring with this survey.

Being a member, I try to make my appointments before I leave Hand and Stone. The reception people are very accommodating and work with me to find a time that works. Tarah has been my esthetician for quite a while and she is fantastic! I really enjoy working with her. She knows my skin and will recommend treatments for either post travel shortcuts that need correcting or current conditions to keep my skin at it's best. Tarah is also a really nice person.

Very friendly and professional staff - both Massage therapist and office staff.

Jennifer is a great massage therapist. She is very professional and always show concern for my well being.

I have been a member for several years. I've had many different therapists and have been satisfied with all of them. Sorry to see the large turnover once you get a therapist you really connect with. But new ones are great too.
