Every one at Hand & Stone is very pleasant. My massage therapist (April) always asks if there is anything she needs to concentrate on. I would definitely recommend them.

Reception staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Kim, the massage therapist, is not only highly skilled in massage therapy, but she is super kind and passionate about what she does.

I have been a member with hand and stone for many many years now and I can honestly say, I’ve only had 1 “bad” experience ever. I am always happy with the customer service provided at reception, the knowledge of the therapists, and the ambience. My only complaint with hand and stone is everyone, I mean EVERY therapist, cuts your time shorter than 50 minutes. I have given this feedback many times and it’s frustrating to me. We pay for 50 minutes and feel like we should get the full 50 minutes. Cutting each massage 3-4 minutes short is big to me when that is valuable time that could been spent working on a problem area further. That’s really been my only complaint with hand and stone and I hope they can have their staff pay closer attention to the clock so clients are not being shorted.

Out of the three hand and stone locations I’ve been to, this one has been my favorite. The front desk staff are always very friendly and helpful. Every massage therapist I’ve had has been amazing and knowledgeable, especially Kim.
