Perfection in every regard. Have been a long time member, signed up in Hamilton NJ years ago, now consider my residence Holmes Beach FL, but distance to Bradenton Spa beyond my travel comfort zone. Regret necessity to leave. Age-related decision.

The staff is always friendly and very professional. The waiting areas and massage rooms are always clean. When there is a conflict in your booked appointment, the staff works very hard to find an alternate time that works.

I have never head a massage before, and my body has been really tense lately, so I figured I would try one and give myself some "me" time. It was so worth it! I actually live out of town but was staying nearby for the weekend and was looking for an early Saturday morning appointment, and they had one available! My massage therapist was amazing, helpful, and so sweet! I will definitely get another massage at Hand & Stone, and I would love to try their other services as well!

Excellent customer service - friendly, helpful. Excellent massage and massage therapist. Informed me of all future options, but without high pressure to purchase. Very nice group of people.
