Hand and Stone

I have been looking for a high caliber massage therapist at hand and stone since I moved out of Texas, and I found him! I was thinking about canceling my membership until now. He’s that good.

Jenn is very professional. She is personable. Asks how I am doing during the massage. She makes sure that the pressure applied is meeting my needs and temperature of the hot stones are not too hot.

Esthetician was superior to others; techniques and ability to create and maintain a relaxing yet therapeutic atmosphere. She needs to train others on proper techniques.

I am extremely satisfied with the treatment provided by Claudia. She takes the time to explain what she's doing, using, and the benefits of why! I have learned a lot from her on how to care for my skin. Claudia is always professional and I always feel better after my facial.

If there was a score higher than highly satisfied then my massage therapist would earn it. She is the reason I keep my membership even though finances are tight.

Relaxing, stress relief, friendliness and professionalism of my therapist. However, info from the pre-massage intake form was not communicated to the therapist and therefore focus was not on the areas requested. I was just relaxing so I didn't say anything.

My therapist is very professional, but friendly. She uses the perfect amount of pressure and really knows muscle anatomy. She is consistently excellent.
