Kara knows my facial skin and does a wonderful job with my facial. My favorite is the collagen facial. Makes a difference to my skin!

Staff is always friendly. The store (especially bathrooms!) is always clean. The ambiance is nice. Calm and relaxing.

I have had my massages with Herold and it has been an amazing experience every time. Hennessy upfront is amazing too. I am looking forward for any future massages.

EJ was my massage therapist and he was perfect. He focused on the areas I requested. His pressure was perfect. He made me feel very comfortable and wa totally professional.

I had to wait 5 days to get a morning appointment. The receptionists did not welcome me or offer my goody bag and did not mention anything on skin care . I mean products.

Tarah was friendly and asked if I wished her to explain each step she was doing or if I preferred to just relax. I said relax and she respected that. She was excellent in every way.
