Ramona was an excellent therapist, but I was concerned because the "horseshoe" cushion that cradles your face when you are on your stomach is made of cloth, and it had NO DISPOSABLE COVERING on it. Since it is made of cloth, it can absorb / harbor a lot of germs and is in direct contact with my facial skin -- there should be at least be a paper covering over it or it should be made out of a material that can be sanitized.

The massage appts has a high priority for my pain management. Ryan, my massage therapist, is very knowledgeable and takes the time to concentrate on the areas that are bothering me.

Susan was absolutely wonderful. She is so friendly, relaxing, and really knows her stuff. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional as always. Will definitely be recommending in the future.
