Valerie is ultimately the best!!! She listens. She suggests and I have the best massage every time I come. She is not robotic and is so pleasant and friendly. Her room is relaxing, lovely sounds and so peaceful.

Larissa is the best! She is so knowledgeable of different skin types and knows what is best to help fix those problem areas!

I like the availability of a number of Hand and Stone locations near me. I feel as though I can always get an appoointment when I am ready for a service. The staff is very friendly and greets me by name and with a smile. My service provider(s) are generally not the same from visit to visit, but I have been pleased with the appointment I have had over the years. I do wish the online appointment feature was a little more dependable. It is not always working properly.
