My massage therapist is very knowledge and I would highly recommend her to others!

Very calming atmosphere and felt very relaxed. My facial person thoroughly explained all products she was using.

The therapist was very knowledgeable about what I personally needed.

My man therapy was very nice and help me with my pain in the back. I give Terry a 10

I have seen three different massage therapists at this location. they all have been very good and attentive. The massage room and other areas in the facility are clean and welcoming. My main complaint is that the reception staff are not very attentive and is a little brusque in their interactions with me and other clients

Cleanliness of the facility. Massage therapist was friendly and knowledgeable. Asked me where she should concentrate on, and if the pressure was ok.

Front desk made error when initially making my appt telling me 6/13, but when I arrived that day I was met with silence. There was no acknowledge of my presence or the error made even tho the receptionist who initially scheduled me admitted to recalling making the appt and not knowing what had occurred. The other receptionist was very rude and did not even acknowledge my presence other than to tell me she didn’t know what to say since I wasn’t in the system and tried blaming the error on me by questioning if I had received text message or email conf. Front desk is glued to their phones every time I’ve been there and do not pride themselves on customer service. I loved my facial and it’s a shame they lost a customer for life over lack of their customer service.
