Hand and Stone

This was not my first time at Hand & Stone, I have always enjoy my massages and the facials too. I purposely go to different locations to survey the difference and its been great.

They know me and I feel welcomed

Bry id very good at what she does. She makes me feel relaxed, and makes all my aches go away. She is AMAZING!!!!

The ambiance is always great. The place is neat and clean. The receptionist is very knowledgeable and helpful with booking appointments. Imani is a great masseuse!

Generally speaking all my visits have been wonderful, my complaint is availability. It doesn't seem to matter whether i'm calling for an appt in a day or so, or 10 days away, there seems to be so few or no appts available! I'm having a hard time using all my backed up massages.

The massage was great and the manger helped me with my password issue. They even helped me schedule another appointment

Great experience. Only issue I have is - consider using even a portion of a package (for members) for product sales. I already paid the money and would love to use it there without putting MORE money out.

I enjoy having the facial and massage. Its relaxing my body needs it, and I feel great after them. I am definitely going back soon
