Hand and Stone

It is a bit unfair for me to get a survey when I love H&S, I love Tatiana as a whole, the one thing is, the product service is a tad expensive, it does work, but for a member of more than 4 years, we should have special discounts to some of these services. I had to use 3 of my services that I am thinking is a bit too much imho. overall, I am satisfied but my rating will be a 10 rather than a 9.3 overall if we can somehow improve on that. Oh, and even throughout the pandemic when it wasn't open I still was a member that kept paying my monthly fees, just stating a fact.

The best message I’ve ever experienced and I have been to many in my life time. I recommend hand and stone to everyone I know and will be back as much as possible.

Tatiana, the esthetician, was great. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the products she recommended. She described the process and what each step was of the classic facial.

My massage with Priscilla is always perfect. She really has healing hands. I have a really sore shoulder and 1 massage from her & no pain for a week. The best sleep happens after the massage because I'm so relaxed & feeling pain free.
