Bry was a fantastic massage therapist. She was knowledgeable and made me feel extremely relaxed. My prenatal massage was a great experience.

This appointment was my first time at a Hand and Stone Spa. When I walked in, immediately I was greeted by the receptionist but also by a very relaxed, clean and serene atmosphere. The hard work of all of the staff was evident. I walked around and looked at some of the products, but not for long, because maybe less than a minute passed before Tia greeted me and we went in to start my facial. I was happily surprised to see the remainder of the rooms were just as calming as the reception area. Tia spoke with me about my skin concerns, products I was using, taught me a lot about my skin during the facial, suggested better products for me and spoke with me about what I should be talking about with my dermatologist. When Tia was done, I felt significantly better and there was a noticeable improvement in my skin. My skin actually continues to improve as the day went on and I woke up the next morning with my skin looking better than it has in years. I also bought the face cleanser Tia suggested, have used it and already feel a difference. I am happy and impressed with not only the service and knowledge of my esthetician, but also with the product I bought.

The receptionist and esthetician was waiting for me as I walked in with smiling faces. They checked me in and off I went. After the hour was up Jessica asked me if everything went well and showed and explained to me item to purchase which would help me. Which I did buy. I would definitely go again.

The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I was made very comfortable while I was getting my facial. At the end of my session I felt very relaxed and refreshed.

Staff is warm and welcoming. My masseuse is very professional, skilled and has a comforting manner. I have always had a great experience at this location.

Everyone is always so polite and friendly, the waiting area is always clean and the availability of the products. I am very pleased with my esthetician - she is very knowledgeable and friendly and always discusses options with me. I have been going to her for over a year monthly and will continue to do so.
