This franchise has improved tremendously within the last year. The receptionists are kind, caring, and attentive. They are NOT busy on their phones. Jenna, who did my facial, is kind, comfortable, knowledgeable, and I am sold on the value of facials due to her. She is attentive throughout the entire session. Monika and Clinton are both massage therapist I have experienced and both are excellent! I am very happy to have either one of them work on my neck muscles. Since this store has changed ownership, I have seen such a huge improvement in customer service, attentiveness, and services. Thank you!!
