I do like the facility and the people are very good. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helping us get organized as we had massages scheduled for both my wife and me. The massage therapist was very nice and did a good job!

Monika spent concentrated time on the areas requested. She used very firm pressure as requested. She took the full 50 min.for the service. She was also kind!

I enjoy facials, and Hand & Stone's staff make it easy to make appointments, as well as make me feel welcome. I enjoy chatting with the friendly spa staff during my facials. And the facials themselves are very relaxing and make me feel pampered.
