Very relaxing experience, friendly staff, excellent facial addressing my specific needs.

I am always greeted in a professional and friendly manner. The staff make me feel like a valued member. Erica is a wonderful service provider and very knowledgeable. I also appreciate her transparent communication with services and products.

I hate the gift card process. It seems so dumb to buy cards for only a certain type of service can an amount. That way if you don’t want a certain appt that a giftor is giving you can switch it. Seems so archaic to limit customers this way. Also I dislike there isn’t a separate waiting area. That is not relaxing at all to wait in a bright lobby.

I enjoy coming in every month to get my facial. Iam so comfortable and relax when I leave. My lady is great and very sweet. Everyone is so nice and I feel so welcome. I have also got a massage and it was amazing felt great after.

Staff is knowledgeable about what will help your skin. Staff doesn’t push products but makes recommendations. Friendly staff, owners always present and thank you for your support.

Receptionist is friendly. Therapist seemed genuinely happy to see me. Rest room is very clean, however, probably not cleaned after use.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about services and massage therapy. The facial experience was exceptional. One issue I experienced was that my appointment time was changed and I was not asked first. It did benefit me, but I need to be asked first so I am aware before I receive a text with a different time. Overall, I had a good experience.

Have been a member for over three years. This indicates how satisfied I am with the professional of the staff and the courtesy I receive each visit.
