Hand and Stone

This was my first visit and it was perfect. No wait and helped my shoulders and neck to relax. I plan on bringing my 3 daughters for a spa day soon.

Staff was very friendly, the massage was amazing, and I was able to relax during my appointment.

Clint has been my therapist. He is very thorough but gentle . I can’t wait for my next one. Sending my hubby in soon😁

I appreciated filling out my forms ahead of my visit to expedite the checkin process. I appreciated the measures for COVID safety. However one front desk worker was NOT wearing a mask but she stayed toward the back of the counter and I did not have to interact with her. My appointment began on time and the message therapist listened to my requests and executed how I requested. He was friendly and courteous.

Star was the ultimate professional . She focused on my trouble areas , and has a great deal of knowledge relating to pressure points and muscle: tendon release.

I appreciated that Erica told me what each product was for and how it worked. I also appreciated that she did not push products to buy, but informed me that they were available.

The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was a woman at the reception desk without a mask on. She didn't put one on when I entered either, which is weird. Otherwise, Clinton did great and I feel like I was definitely more relaxed when I left.

Reception area was clean and seats were well-spaces. I didn’t wait more than a few minutes for my therapist. The massage was excellent and relaxing.

I needed a last minute appointment to treat a muscle spasm and therapist Will had availability. He was awesome and I felt a lot of pain relief without the follow up soreness that sometimes happens. I will definitely keep him in "rotation" as one of the better therapists at this location!
