Hand and Stone

My aesthetician made me feel comfortable and welcomed. When asked what I was seeking out of my treatment that day, I explained that I mostly needed to relax. Due to her skill and understanding that that day I saw my facial as not just about a treatment for my skin, but also as a salve for my harried mind, I left the spa that day feeling the peace of mind I had been seeking, as well as confident that my skin was looking all the better for it.

Michael was incredibly professional and knowledgeable when I told him of my issue with my shoulder. He was very accommodating to the level of pressure and always checked in to make sure I was still comfortable.

I feel comfortable at Hand and Stone. I would do a video, but not right now, It's Sunday and I'm not even dressed. I've been going there for years and never had a bad therapist. Some are better than others, but no one has ever been bad.

I felt welcomed and the staff was efficient. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. The changes due to COVID impacts the overall experience but that is to be expected right now

All the staff is super friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. Products are at a fair price and kept in stock. My monthly facials vary, but address my overall skin concerns.

I consistently return to see Starr for my massages when I book. She has been amazing to say the least. It's very hard for me to trust people and I absolutely trust her with my health and wellness. She always asks if I have any trouble spots when I arrive, and when I'm finished I feel super relaxed and ready for bed. Starr is by far my favorite and I will return to see her as long as shes employed.

Starr Dillon was very courteous and professional in the manner in which she greeted me, and met my needs as requested. The Front Desk also greeted me by name as I came in the door, and insured that I filled out the needed paperwork.

Luke did a great job releasing tension in my tired, achy muscles. It didn't always feel great in the moment, but he helped me relax! Erica provided me an excellent facial and I will look forward to seeing both again soon.
