The staff were so welcoming throughout my entire experience, beginning with my appointment confirmation call. They knew it was my first time ever getting a facial and made me feel so well informed and comfortable. They even asked how my first facial experience went and how I felt afterwards. It was such a great experience!

I feel so relaxed after my facial I usually have lunch out and go home and nap! It’s a me day and I look forward to it every month. And I feel my skin is looking better!!

Overall, everyone is very courteous and friendly. They invite you to feel relaxed upon entering, which is a great start to heading in to a massage. The therapist was wonderful.

Setting the appoint was easy. I was a first time client and scheduled a same appointment. The receptionist was friendly. And my esthetician was knowledgeable and friendly as well. And made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns with my skin. She was very helpful.

The staff at Hand and Stone Dublin is incredible. Everyone from the receptionist to my massage therapist are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk tells me about my rewards points and new offers when I check in. My massage therapist evaluates me before getting started to see where I need attention. And she remembers everything! I've been to (and belonged to) other locations, but this is the only one I will go to now.

Clinton did an excellent job. He listened and addressed the areas that needed relief. I left feeling really relaxed and pain free.
