I love walking in - the friendly, welcoming, comfortable greetings. I love even more the feeling I have when walking out - relaxed, peaceful, thankful. I was one of the first members, go several times a month, often share the experience with the great deals on gift cards. As close to perfect as it gets !!

Loni is by far the best therapist on planet earth! She is so talented! H&S is lucky to have her!

Warm, friendly, and informative receptionists gave me the info I needed before and after the appointment. My therapist was highly skilled and respected my request for a quiet massage. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and likely to return in the future.

My massage therapist was the first therapist who understood what I meant by “get in there.” Most others I’ve had feel like they were kneading bread on my really tight back. But the ambience, location and overall vibe of the last experience I had was something I want to continue to feel every time I go there
