I loved my first experience so much that I joined with a membership. I was able to transfer over from the Windermere location to the Dr. Phillips location with only a few issues. My esthetician for my facials (Emma) is THE BEST. She’s caring, honest & takes care of me & my skin with enthusiasm. She really loves her job & it shows. I’ve recommended her to many people & most recently I gifted my mother-in-law a facial with Emma & now she joined as a member as well! (Note: You could offer referral credits for existing members.) I also referred my sister-in-law, mother and a few other friends. Emma is that good. Please give her a raise or some sort of monetary recognition (products, gift cards, etc.).

Velma was very excellent. However, I do not live in the area so I don’t know if I would be returning to your facility.
