The receptionist made me feel welcomed . I like the ambiance & cleanliness . I wore a mask & my esthetician (Emma) asked me if I wanted her to wear one as she was happy to do so & I responded yes if she didn’t mind as I was going to have surgery in a few weeks & was just trying to be careful. She respected my wishes with a smile on her face .which I appreciated. Thanks !

Emma was exceptionally warm, sweet and thorough. She made this an awesome experience. The very next day after showering I noticed an actual difference in the appearance of my skin tone. I was not expecting such quick results.

Dawn is a great esthetician!

First, I want to say how much I appreciated that Tina actually took me back for my appointment slightly early! I have experienced many times, especially at other massage places where I’ve been taken back 10 and 15 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. I think that one issue that causes this is having to prepare the rooms in between clients. Whereas, if either an available empty room is always available or, a dedicated person could clean/change linens in the rooms while the therapists did their job, I think that would help. Second, I feel like Tina really listened to my request and followed through, which a lot of therapists in my experience don’t; they tend to just deliver the same exact massage each and every time. Lastly, I really don’t like the company asking every single time if I want my therapist to wear a mask; this needs to be a preference on each client’s account. In conclusion, I would prefer that the survey stop asking about my health and safety. I’ve been getting massages for 10 years at various places, long before the pandemic and all locations have been just fine.

Hannah was fantastic. I was very disappointed when my regular person left and I took a break from getting massages because she was one of a kind. I came back and was recommended to see Hannah. She did not disappoint and I’m excited to continue to schedule with her!

Hand & Stone is very consistent. i know that every time I go, I don't have to worry that there will be any kind of problem.

Tina is a wonderful massage therapist. She understands the body and can provide a massage to address specific issues. Hand and Stone is convenient to my home.

Having the same massage therapist over the course of several years makes for a rewarding experience. They know your body, the pressure you like and their friendliness enables one to relax. Having the CBD oil was an added bonus and so helpful to wind down for the evening.

Emma has been an outstanding esthetician. I will continue to see her for facials as well as Nicole H for massages. The Dr. Phillips H&S team is friendly & efficient.

I love the entire team at hand and stone. The ladies in the reception area know my name and take the time to get to know me. Chelle is the best massage therapist. She listens and delivers exactly what I need. After being traumatized by a bad massage many years ago, I am now comfortable and excited for my appointments. Thank you for helping me to feel better.
