My only complaint is that the computer generated music drives me crazy. I usually turn the t off or way down. But sometimes I forget and I have to try and shut it out.

Elizabeth is a great massage therapist. I am very happy with her knowledge, kindness and bedside manners. I always leave feeling better.

The staff is always welcoming and friendly when you are there. My massage therapist is great at her job.

I love my massage therapist. They are amazing! My favorites are Vanessa and Amanda; I wish they had more openings; they stay booked because they are great!

I would love the opportunity to be able to book appts on an app, otherwise, we love the Dr. Phillips location. Marianna and team at the front desk are the best of the best, and your therapists are the best in the business!

the reasons are in my answers to your questions - everyone is friendly, professional & you feel good going there and feel good leaving, however; the ambiance in your waiting area is horrible sometimes - children noisy running around - people talking about their bills and their appointments - no way to relax prior to getting the massage . In other facilities that I've been too, it's nice waiting in a room that is quiet and low lightning allowing everyone to prepare for their massage. Other than that point, it's a great place for a massage or facial. I normally tell people when I'm referring them that if it bothers you that you can't mentally prepare for the massage, then it's a great place to go..

The receptionist are always very polite and happy to see me and my massage and facials are always amazing.

Therapist do an exceptional hip at relieving my pain and relaxing me. I truly don't see them as often as l would like to do to my work schedule. However, l recommended hand and spa to many of my colleagues who are looking for a clean, affordable, and great massage experience.
