Hand and Stone

During this survey I was asked about the health and well-being of staff. I am of the mindset that no one made this subject a problem until the government decided to make it a problem. In other words, for years we as a society have gone about our business without any special protocols for sanitization, or above normal cleaning etc. So, that is why I did not answer those questions in this survey. The ways in which businesses, including Hand & Stone operated prior to March of 2020, are methods that I am perfectly ok with in 2022.

My massage therapist Angela was very good at her job. She was very friendly and recommended a good product for me.I will definitely come back because of her.

The esthetician was very knowledgeable and she chose what service would be best for me. She explained what she was doing . My skin felt so much better when she was finished.

Very quick waiting time in waiting area. Very clean building. Best massage I’ve had in a while.

I have had a lot of tension in my upper back and the massage therapist helped ease the tension and used the right pressure when she noticed I am ticklish.

I enjoy going to the Dr Phillips location. The staff is very friendly and always professional. The therapists are great

I've been a customer for over three years and have had over a hundred massages. Nicole is the best massage therapist. In addition, Kaleena and her entire team are the extremely professional and informative.
