Never had a problem with your help. Your cost for a massage is more than a 76 year old on social security can’t keep up with the prices. Can no longer afford the pleasure of a massage once a month.

The appointment was on time. Although the waiting room was crowded with people checking out, a couple sitting waiting their turn and too many of the staff at the front desk - I'd say at least 6 or 7 girls all at the front desk area, I didn't have to be in that room very long. The massage room was very nice with low light and soft music. I would have liked the massage person to have asked me if I preferred the music or if I'd like different music. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

I always enjoy my time with my esthetician, Hannah. She is informative, professional, and gives me great feedback about my skin and products to use. I also enjoy the staff at the Dr. Phillips location; they’re all so courteous and helpful.

Overall my massage was very relaxing. The facility was clean, and my my masseuse was very nice. The receptionist was knowledgeable and were able to help me set up a membership

Therapist is always punctual. The staff is very professional and respectful with me and my time. The lobby/reception area is always clean and comforting.

Chelle is always helpful and accommodating. The front desk staff this visit was also friendly and welcoming. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was I had previously rescheduled a massage and when the day of the massage appt came, there was no appt booked for me. I understand mistakes do happen so that’s not my main issue—my issue was the way the receptionist handled it. She said my option was to reschedule it and didn’t seem apologetic or concerned. It didn’t seem to fit the usual friendly tone that all your receptionists typically have. It’s not to schedule them around my varying work schedule so I had to call back another time.

Love the ladies at the shop. Everyone is well trained and try their best to take care of my needs.

Amazing!! I got a massage and a facial! Massage was great. The therapist touched on all points . Facial was amazing!!!!! I had a GLOW!!!!! Love it!!!

Elizabeth is fantastic, she is the best massage therapist I have used. She understands the body and muscle and I always am thankful I got a massage.
