Lily is always wonderful and makes sure all my problem areas are addressed. She always goes above and beyond to help me relax and feel rejuvenated after my massage!

My visits there are always great as the esthetician first looks at my skin and makes recommendations for what my skin needs. I trust her to make the right recommendations and my skin looks great.

Vanessa is an amazing masseuse and I look forward to my appointments with her. I enjoy having a membership so that I can pay in advance. Great experience overall!

The massage therapist was amazing. I would go back just for her. The location itself I am unsatisfied with. I booked 2 massages and facials back to back almost two months in advance for Mother’s Day. Appointments were confirmed. Even the morning of the team member let me know my guest didn’t have 2 services available so I opted to use one of my services so she could receive our planned massage and facial. After our massages her facial mysteriously disappeared. They said it was canceled accidentally. I didn’t want to make a scene in the waiting area but that was suspicious being that an hour earlier I had transferred a service over to my friend. They offered us a free upgrade at our next visits but honestly that doesn’t make up for the accident made. We both have children and taking time to come into the spa together took a lot of planning and for my friends appointment to disappear unexpectedly makes no sense. Also- the “free” upgrade which comes out to $15 does not make up for the time wasted or accident made.

The overall experience is very pleasant and VERY consistent! It isn't great one time and only okay the next - the staff knows the strengths of their staff well. They make good recommendations when you describe what you want/need - they know who can give those results. I am highly satisfied with the Dr. Phillips location. I tried another branch and had only an 'okay' experience. I really like this location.
