The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are so relaxing and the therapist is knowledgeable and skilled. I am a longtime member and I look forward to every visit!

The only problem I have is that the printer does not work well and I cannot see the numbers or upload to my insurance.

The therapist was awesome! She asked about what areas to focus on and tailored my massage to fit my specific needs. The only downfall is that I booked a massage with a CBD oil enhancement; however, when I arrived I was informed that there was no CBD oil in stock. Other than this, everything was perfect. The therapist was great and I plan to only book with her for any future massages.

My first experience was at Coconut Point, Florida and it was so bad that I just wanted to cancelled but, I went to visit my children in Windermere, Florida and gave it another chance. That was even worse the front desk and manager were rude. Life happens and I didn’t cancelled. Then I wanted to take my daughter to get a facial so I contacted the Doctor Phillips location and that was the best experience I ever had. Their manager and receptionists, the entire staff were friendly, fun, welcoming, knowledgeable so interested in my daughter and my needs. I had my two daughters become a member and purchase the recommended products. Even though the Windermere location is literally across from my house, I will never ever visit that location. I learned is not the company’s fault is the way the managers are training their team members. I see outstanding guests relationship skills at the Doctor Phillips location. Perhaps the manager there and also run the Windermere location. I believe then the staff at the Windermere location wouldn’t be stock up.
