Front Desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed excellent selection of water and teas. Rosalia is an excellent massage therapist. She is the best. It seems as if the management is lacking. I have never met the current manager and never see her during any of my visits. It seems that there has been a constant loss of good massage therapists (Rena) and employees leaving due to management. Several of my favorite therapists have departed over the last several months. I was sad that the Assistant Manager Briana recently left. She was exceptional in customer service. She should have been the manager. Take care of your people better. This is why customers come back.
