The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the reception area always smells lovely and is clean. The ambiance in the waiting area as well as in the massage rooms is great for relaxing, and the facility is easy to navigate.

Noriko is amazing and always addresses my pain issue. New male receptionist was also very helpful and welcoming, great customer service from both.

My massage therapist was outstanding. It was my first appointment with her and I was considering keeping my membership but she's leaving H&S. The turnover at this location is unfortunate as most of my appointments for the last 6 months have been cancelled because they keep leaving.

My massage therapist was Alicia at the Hand And Stone in Kingstowne Virginia. She was almost as good as the medical massage therapist that I use. She was very professional, good with her time, and gave a very good massage
