Nicole set a welcoming & comforting tone from the start of the session, & was very knowledgeable, explaining each step & its purpose. The facial was incredibly relaxing, especially the neck and shoulder massage. A little squeeze to my entire head & I knew I’d have to go back for a full massage. I left with my skin smoother and aglow.

This was my first time at Hand and Stone and getting a massage in general. Reception walked me through what to expect and my preference survey for the first time. My therapist was great in asking what brought me there, what pain I was experiencing and what sort of focus I want. I have myofascial pain/fibromyalgia and she was familiar with it and offered an approach to see if I’d be comfortable with it and kept checking in with me to make sure I stayed comfortable and safe. I joined as a member afterwards thanks to the good massage therapist and the staff’s general knowledge
