My appointment started and ended on time, pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff.

Hand and Stone always has the best estheticians. I have been to one in NJ, UT, and now here in VA and I have never been disappointed.

Miss Jocelyn was very friendly and explained everything to me during my facial. She was also gentle since it was my very first facial, and made recommendations for caring for my skin until my next visit. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. They answered some billing questions I had and made my check-in and check-out very smooth.

Booking an appointment with a preferred therapist was extremely difficult so I ended up booking in person with anyone available within the week. When I arrived, the therapist was not there. Fortunately, my preferred therapist was able to see me. It all turned out very well.....thanks to Rena.

The massage therapist (Anna) was very knowledgeable in what she doing. She explained everything about getting the best and most useful massages to me and were most helpful. She was also very friendly and helped loosen several tight muscles throughout my body. Definitely recommend her for anyone who needs a lm excellent massage.
