Nicole was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed and relaxed in though this was my first ever spa experience.

There is such limited availability for appointments. The next available are often months out and it's become such a problem I am considering cancelling since I'm on the monthly plan but can hardly get in, especially fitting in with my work schedule.

Was not able to book through the online system but was able to get the appointment time I wanted once I got through on the phone. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The waiting area was pleasant and my aesthetician did a fantastic job.

I was very happy with the whole experience from booking to receiving the service. The facial was very pleasant and helpful. I did notice an improvement in my skin. I wish I could do it every day!

my therapist was engaging and knowledgeable. She provided excellent message techniques in the areas I requested and did not try to push me into purchasing products and services which I declined.

My skin felt wonderful afterwards. It was a relaxing experience. Check in and check out was fast and easy.

Sandra is an amazing esthetician and invaluable. I was a dedicated client to her a few years back but between pregnancy and Covid I stopped going and was so happy to see her still on your schedule. She is the reason I returned and will keep coming back. Amazing work and so so sweet.
