My therapist, Lisa, has been excellent however getting staff to call back when I leave a message has been a challenge. Also, there was a billing error that I discussed with the manager, who said she called her district manager about but never heard back. The issue was never settled. We also had several cancellations and changes in the months prior. I know there can be turn over frequently but it really got to be a hassle for us.
