The staff from the moment I walked in, to the time I checked out. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. My massage therapist is personable and always asks me how much pressure I would like.

I have recently been getting massages by Maha and she is absolutely amazing. She is really attuned to what areas seem to need some extra focus and super sweet. I will keep booking with her as long as she's with Hand and Stone!

Overall, the massage was great! The therapist was great, made me feel comfortable, and very attentive to areas that needed to be focused on.

It was so easy to book my appointment, I was happy that there were options to fit my schedule. When I arrived, everyone was so nice and helpful! That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days and everyone I encountered was extremely friendly. The room was very relaxing and I enjoyed my massage so much that I signed up for a membership!

Upon entering Hand and Stone, for my appointment, I was greeted very warmly, by the receptionist. The Masseuse, Rosalia, gave me one of the best, if not the best massage, I have experienced, since becoming a member.

Too expensive

Appointment started and ended on time. The therapist was great. I was able to book more appointments.
