Price has increased significantly on the particular kind of facials I get. I would also like better upgrades when it comes to facials. Most of the upgrades I get with points are not beneficial unless you get a massage.

The reception staff were kind and able to answer my questions. AJ, my massage therapist, was kind and amazing in her techniques.
