My masseuse, Shakina is highly skilled and knows how to relax me. I have visited her for a number of years & I do not want anyone else. She should get compensated well for working at your massage spa. I do not think establishments like you should expect therapists pay to be dependent on customers tips. You raised my 50 minute massage price in Sept 2021. I left a few months after that due to the price increase. I let you know! You did not acknowledge me. I know you are about the volume & $. Your front desk receptionists are constantly new & leave rather quickly. You cannot retain them. I wish you would honor my 59.99 monthly membership price again as I have been a steady & loyal customer. I have referred many folks to you! I have never gotten credit for it at all in the past years. So much confusion happened. I will never get it acknowledged. I feel you are about $, does not matter how great the therapist is, you will not compensate them enough. This is very sad!

Erica was an excellent technician. She worked with me to adjust the steam so I wouldn’t have a panic attack because I am extremely claustrophobic. She explained her steps she took as she was doing my facial and was extremely knowledgeable about products I could benefit from. She cares about her clients and it shows with her positive attitude and attention to her client and details of her job.
