Because of Michael and his ability to do deep tissue massage. I didn't have any issues this time with check in or check out. I have in the past as multiple different front desk staff and issues with booking appointments as weel as availability to book in my schedule.

I love Erica, she is so sweet and an expert in her field. She is also very professional and you can tell she really enjoys her job.
