From the time I arrive for my appointment until the time I depart I am treated with the utmost professionalism. I receive unsolicited comments from friends and relatives how great my skin looks.

all the receptionist are very professional warm, Alyssa is outstanding, knowledgeable, professional I should know I’ve been in the business 30 years. One thing that I think you should change immediately is better lighting in the rooms very hard to see for waxing.

My therapist is knowledgeable and listens to my needs. I get to use my packages to pay for upgrades that enhance my massage experience. i really enjoy my massage experiences at Hand and Stone.

Eli is by far one of the best massage therapist I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable.

Unfortunately lost my long-time MT, left for other pursuits. She recommended Edith for my needs and I am happy with the outcome, following my requests.

Judith is a wonderful massage therapist. Her technique, as well as being able to release my tension and get me to breath and relax is outstanding. I also love the amount of product that is available to purchase, and the wall water fountain in the lobby.
