I have been going to same therapist for over a year and she is really good. The overall experience was good; HOWEVER, I am very annoyed witht the latetst form that has to be completed every time and it is not available online to complete in advance. It does not help with the relaxation experience.

Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by the friendly staff. My appointment was on schedule. The esthetician was friendly, knowledgeable and provided a pleasant facial experience for me.
