Hand and Stone

John, my massage therapist, is working with me to alleviate my seasonal allergies. He massages my neck area and this has helped. Also, he recommended placing a warm/hot towel on the back/ top of the neck area which I have been doing and it is helping. John has been my massage therapist for several months now and I absolutely look forward to seeing him each time. He is very knowledgeable, very pleasant and pays careful attention to what I say to him. The massages I receive are very important for my overall health and I appreciate being able to do it at Hand and Stone. When I arrive, I feel feel very comfortable - just like I am at home.

I like the services, very relaxing. Positive experiences with 6 of the 7 massage therapists. The mobile app doesn’t give us the ability to rate massage therapist, so that we know which ones we really liked versus which ones we didn’t like as much.

The reception staff are always very friendly and prompt in greeting you when you walk in. My therapist was right on schedule coming to get me for my appointment and was attentive when discussing problem areas. She provided the best massage I have had in a very long time.

Eli is amazing, and very intune with the areas causing pain. Reception area always helpful and friendly. I switched from massage envy because things at Hand and Stone was great.

Everyone was very professional. Carol provided the great pressure that I requested and the product used did not leave me feeling greasy afterwards.

Facility is clean and well decorated. All staff members are professional. Everyone is very friendly and appointments are on time.

Chuck is a real asset on the team. His professionalism and attention to detail is superb. I always feel like he is doing his best to give me the best massage my body needs that day. He is a great listener and observer while performing his work. HIGHLY recommend him!
