Lilly is one of your best therapists. She's very good at her job! We've found a few therapists that we have been loyal to... a couple have left to other companies. The quality of the therapists are really why my wife and I have been loyal members for a few years now.

The knowledge of the therapist and he advised me on at home moves I can do in between monthly massages. The only thing I would like to suggest is for possible shower options after a massage instead of giving a towel to wipe off oils/lotion. I think that would really set things off for after a massage or before the massage.

Chuck is amazing at pressure and focusing on my stressed areas. Everything was enjoyable and professional. All my pressure and temperature preferences were met. It was a very relaxing experience.
