Overall, the staff creates a warm experience. The therapist I had selected was out and I was contacted via text to reschedule. Although I was not happy at first, the therapist I was aligned with worked out very well.

Sylvia was wonderful! She really did a great job. I felt like she customized things just for me and my skin looks great!

Carol goes out of her way to listen to specifics of what you need. Although she focuses on those target areas in depth, she does not forget to give the adequate attention to your entire body.

Lily is a fantastic therapist. She’s very knowledgeable in her field. She’s helped several muscular situations that I’ve had.

Edith is amazing. She listened to my concerns and worked on those areas specifically while still giving me an entire massage. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful!

Therapist (Judith) concentrated on the areas that needed extra work, and I was very pleased with the massage. My regular therapist (Eli) was unavailable, but was happy to have Judith, she did a great job. Very relaxed and would definitely recommend her and Eli. Will continue with my membership, enjoy getting massages at Hand and Stone.

The massage was very much needed after a very stressful time. I am a gym freak and work my body out six days a week so this really helped out a lo!!! The therapist were very great and did an awesome job for our couples massage.
