The atmosphere of the waiting room is always relaxing. The staff are always friendly and nice. They have a nice selection of facial products to choose from and I love their candles.

Lily did a great job of identifying and working on problem areas. She communicated in a down to earth, friendly way. Lily remembered what she worked on last time and made recommendations concerning the massage treatment.
