Service from person working with me was very good, it just did not start on time, waited too long to be serviced

I thought the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. I thought technician was friendly and addressed my facial needs. She recommended products I could purchase. On that same note I mentioned I would like to start working myself up to a list of products, but only wanted to start with a few that she recommended I needed right away. She didn't pressure me into purchasing more than I asked. She listened to me. Many places don't listen and try to tell you what you need instead of asking what you need and how they can help.

I always enjoy my services with Hand and Stone. The manager Cassandra is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She also goes the extra mile to help.

Alyssa listened to me about my medical needs and kept all of them in mind during my care. I only marked about not coming back because I have no steady income so cannot plan to come back after the introductory rate. It was all fantastic!

I'm always happy when I leave, whether getting a facial or a massage. The technicians are great and the front desk are so friendly and helpful.

Costly for me

I like my massage therapist very much. It’s hard to get appointments with her unless I can book two months out.

This was my first visit to Hand & Stone, as I live out of the state. I had originally planned to schedule a massage with a gift card but I could only schedule a facial during the week I was in Florida. Heydi was amazing, knowledgeable and kept me comfortable. She was able to enlighten me about my skin and suggestions for keeping my skin feeling and looking youthful. I will definitely be back on our next visit this summer!!
