Love my massages!

There was a little confusion because there were 2 Kathys at the salon at the same time, so I had a different therapist. Edith did a fantastic job, and got the services I had requested done.

Great service, clean, great ambiance, massage, facial all exceptional. Technician was very nice

We are always pleased with the Therapists and the front staff.... BUT ........ All in our family go to the Lakeland location for over 4 years. We are very displeased and upset with the second price increase in 2 years. Because of this we will be canceling all 3 of our memberships

Eli is a wonderful massage therapist. He listens to my needs and applies his knowledge of massage therapy to my problem areas. I highly recommend Eli and Hand and Stone for massage therapy.

The ease of the friendly staff manager, who waited on me. The ambiance of the lobby put me in the mood to relax, and prepare for my massage, sine it’s been several years since I’ve had one.

I really enjoyed my facial by Stephanie. She made me feel very comfortable. My face looked and felt so much better when she was finished. I'll seek her out again!

Staff is friendly along with helpful from beginning to end..Massage therapist is awesome and I really like like his massage.

Heidi and Jenna are great - and Heidi is my favorite.
