The reception area was welcoming. The massage therapist was very attentive to my problem area. She applied the right amount of pressure. The facial esthetician evaluated my face thoroughly. She asked me about the products I used and how to apply my moisturizer to get the best absorption for best results.

I like Hand and Stone because they reliable. If there's a problem with the therapist they call and can reschedule or substitute another therapist. In the past I have had the therapist call on my cell as I am driving to the appointment and cancel. I feel like my time and experience is important to Hand and Stone.

Susi is very professional and effective in her techniques. She also gives me suggestions in how to maintain what we have achieved during our sessions.
