I'm relatively new to Hand & Stone, but I've had Massage Envy before. I find that selecting random therapists often leads to disappointment, but this was my birthday, I chose any female therapist, and Freda WAS INCREDIBLE. I so so so needed it, and she was outstanding! I most definitely will be going back to that location to see her again.
