I always look forward to my appointments at hand and stone. The therapist and front desk staff are always kind and attentive to my needs. The benefits of having a membership are well worth my money, and lets me take time for myself.

My massage therapist is awesome. He focuses where I need him. I had a huge knot in my shoulder from helping someone move and he got it out. At that point my hands and feet were constantly cold I felt electricity going down to all of them while he worked on it and they haven’t been cold since.

Therapist Mary is the best. When I have hurt in specific areas she knows how to help relieve the pain. Mary is very thoughtful and caring. I’m always recommending Hand and Stone
